Brioni Pula has provided our passanger with numerous discounts in relation which they belong according to our commercial privilages. The best option is to buy a ticket on line at www.brioni.hr because is free and you do not have to pay the bus station fee and seat reservation

3. DO CHILDREN GET AN DISCOUNT AND WHAT ARE THE TRAVELLER CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN?

Children up to 12 years of age get a 50% discount on a one-way ticket and also on the return ticket. These discounts apply on domestic bus lines of Brioni Pula. The discounts will be indicated on the bus ticket. Children up to 6 years of age will not be able to travel without an adult accompanied.

4.FOR HOW LONG IS AN OPEN RETURN TICKET VALID?

An open retourn ticket is valid for 90 days from the day of the first trip.

5. ARE PETS ALLOWED TO TRAVEL BY BUS?

According general terms and conditions for the transport of passangers, luggage and items in the pubblic transport of passangers of Brioni Pula, the following animals may be accepted for transport: 1. cats,birds and small animals as hand luggage in appropriate cages, baskets,boxes or similar.,which prevent disturbances to other passangers and things, and with a confirmation from the veterinarian about the animal health, 2. specially trained guide dog for blind people accompanied by a blind person as passanger.

6. R1 INVOICE - HOW CAN I GET IT FOR A PURCHASED TICKET OR TRUNK CHARGE?

You can easiliy get an R1 ivoice at Brioni points of sale. The R1 must be requested before issuing the ticket. If you are buying a ticket on line or at some points where an R1 invoice can not be issued it is necessary to report within three days from the purchased ticket at brioni@brioni.hr. In the e- mail it is neccesary to leave: name, OIB and adress of the company and attach the invoice. The delivery is made by mail to the adress recived.

7. CAN I TAKE A BIKE ON THE BUS?

The bike can be taken on a trip if there is enough space in the luggage compartment of the bus, wich must be checked on departure. The fee for transporting bicycles is calculated according to valid price list Brioni Pula.

8. IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY A GROUP TICKET?

We offer you a cheaper trip for groups of 6 and more people. It is necessary to announce the group to us in order to provide you a better price and to reserve seats at the bus. Announcments are made by e - mail at brioni@brioni.hr.

9. HOW CAN I KNOW WHERE A SPECIFIC BUS STOP IS ?

10. I WILL BE A LITTLE LATE, WILL THE BUS BE WAITING FOR ME ?

Brioni buses run in regular traffic and are strictly tied to the official timetable. Therefore, unfortunately, the driver cannot wait for passangers that are late.

DURING THE JOURNEY

1. HOW MANY LUGGAGE CAN I CARRY WITH ME ON A JOURNEY?

According to general conditions for the transport the company Brioni Pula the passanger is able to take his hand lugagge to the bus. These are minor things that traveler should take care of himself. Passanger lugagge can also be carried for transport, up to two pieces of passanger lugagge, provided more if there is space in the bus and there is no load on the bus. The transport of passanger lugagge is charged according the official price list of the company Brioni, and the bus driver is obliged to dliver a lugagge bill for the same as proof of payment.   

Yes, the passenger is obliged to keep the bus ticket during the trip, and to show it on request of any authorized personal of Brioni Pula.   

The passanger´s task is to keep the ticket purchased at the Brioni Pula points of sale. If the ticket is lost, a new ticket must be purchased. Ticket purchased on line can always be reprinted if lost.   

The Brioni Pula company provides transportation and passangers are required to have a valid bus ticket. If the staff of Brioni Pula finds a passanger without a valid ticket, they will charge the passanger a fine in the amount of 100 Kn and the full price of the ticket for the route on wich he is traveling. 

AFTER THE JOURNEY

The passengers who forgot something on the bus or found an item that someone forgot can contact us via this form formulary. We will answer as soon as possible. 

 

ONLINE TICKETS

There are many advantages of online shopping, and we have outlined the following:

1. cheaper tickets - no station fee or seat reservation,

The owner of the card with which the ticket was purchased does not need to be the passenger. The passenger can also use someone else´s card to buy a ticket. When purchasing, in the "passenger data" it is necessary to enter the name of the person who will be traveling.  

When buying a return ticket with a fixed return at the time of ticket purchase, you immediately book the date and time of your return trip for FREE, both in the departure and return directions. In the case of a return ticket with an open return, the date and time are booked for FREE afterward.

The most common problem with correct online payment in Croatia is correct 3D verification. Especially with users who normally pay with cards, but in foreign web shops, it often happens that they do not know which information they need to enter. Additional payment authentification has been needed in Croatia for payments via Mastercard, VISA, and Mastercard. Some older issued cards will be soon in a 3D secure system. TICKETS, CHANGE AND MONEY RETURN

Tickets purchased on www.brioni.hr do not need to be printed. Just show our driver your ticket on your cell phone so he can scan the QR code. 

According to the general conditions of Brioni, a passenger who has given up the trip has the right to return the ticket 2 hours before the start of the journey on domestic regular transport, 6 hours before the start of travel on international regular transport and no later than 48 hours before the start of travel in occasional transport. In that case, Brioni will, based on the attached travel ticket, refund the money paid for the ticket, reduced by 10% in the name of manipulative costs. If the passenger does not act in accordance with what is written, he loses the right to a refund of the transport fee in full

If a passenger requests a refund of the fee of an unused return ticket, until the validity of the return ticket, Brioni Pula will refund the difference of the amount corresponding to the return ticket price reduced by the full price of a one-way ticket without commercial benefits and handling fee.
