HAND LUGGAGE?

Hand luggage refers to items that can be brought into a vehicle and placed in a designated space, which the passenger keeps themselves.

Hand luggage generally refers to smaller items, such as handbags, nets, etc., which can be placed on a shelf above the bus seats or kept by the passengers themselves, under the seats, but without disturbing other passengers.

 

PASSENGER LUGGAGE?

Passenger luggage refers to suitcases, bags, backpacks, etc., and the transportation service is charged.

Items that are not considered passenger luggage include items that the passenger brings with them, such as crates, baskets, bags, wrappers, and similar items that can be placed in the space for luggage transportation, and are charged according to the applicable price list.

 

UNACCOMPANIED LUGGAGE?

Unaccompanied luggage refers to items that are not carried by the passenger in the vehicle, which the carrier takes for transport with accompanying documentation (luggage tag) and delivers to the agreed destination indicated on the ticket.

By the transport contract for unaccompanied luggage, the carrier undertakes to transport the luggage to the agreed destination and deliver it to the recipient or a person authorized by the recipient (a person who possesses a power of attorney from the recipient). HOW MANY PIECES OF LUGGAGE CAN I TAKE WITH ME ON A TRIP?

The carrier can, upon the passenger's request, accept a maximum of two pieces of luggage for transportation, and more if they have the necessary luggage space and do not overload the vehicle.

 

PRICES FOR PASSENGER LUGGAGE TRANSPORTATION?

The price for passenger luggage transportation on domestic bus lines of the carrier Brioni is 1.50 EUR.

CANCEL/CHANGE YOUR BOOKING

If you have purchased a bus ticket, changing the departure date is not possible. If you still want a different departure date, the General Terms and Conditions for the carriage of passengers, luggage, and objects in public road transport apply regarding the refund and purchase of a new ticket for a new departure, according to Article 13.
