If you have bought a bus ticket, it is not possible to change the departure date. In case you still want to change the date, the rules of the General Conditions for Transport, Luggage and Items in Public Road Transport of Passengers on the return of money and the purchase of a new ticket for a new departure according to Art. 13 are valid.


The passenger has the right to cancel the bus ticket before the journey begins.


The carrier is obliged to reimburse the passenger for the transport fee reduced by 10% in the name of handling costs, if the passenger cancels the trip, as follows:

- in domestic regular transport no later than 2 hours before the start of the journey
- in international regular transport no later than 6 hours before the start of the journey
- in occasional transport no later than 48 hours before the start of the journey.

If the passenger requests a refund of the fee for the transport of the unused part of the return ticket, until the validity of the return ticket, the carrier will refund the difference of the amount corresponding to the return ticket price reduced by the full price of one way ticket without commercial benefits and 10% handling costs. .


If the passenger requests a refund of the fee for the transport of the unused part of the return ticket, which includes an additional commercial discount, until the validity of the return ticket, the carrier will refund the difference of the amount corresponding to the return ticket price, commercial privilege and 10% of handling costs.


If the passenger does not act in accordance with paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article, he loses the right to a refund of the transport fee in full.
