BEFORE THE JOURNEY

 

Brioni bus tickets can be purchased online on our web site, at the following ticket offices and on our buses.
Brioni Pula has provided our passanger with numerous discounts in relation which they belong according to our  commercial privilages komercijalnim povlasticama. The best option is to buy a ticket on line at www.brioni.hr because is free and you do not have to pay the bus station fee and seat reservation. 
Children up to 12 years of age get a 50% discount on a one-way ticket and also on the return ticket. These discounts apply on domestic bus lines of Brioni Pula. The discounts will be indicated on the bus ticket. Commercial advantages are indicated on link. Children up to 6 years of age will not be able to travel without an adult accompanied.
An open retourn ticket is valid for 90 days from the day of the first trip.
According general terms and conditions for the transport of passangers, luggage and items in the pubblic transport of passangers of Brioni Pula, the following animals may be accepted for transport: 1. cats,birds and small animals as hand luggage in appropriate cages, baskets,boxes or similar.,which prevent disturbances to other passangers and things, and with a confirmation from the veterinarian about the animal health, 2. specially trained guide dog for blind people accompanied by a blind person as passanger.
You can easiliy get an R1 ivoice at Brioni points of sale. The R1 must be requested before issuing the ticket. If you are buying a ticket on line or at some points where an R1 invoice can not be issued it is necessary to report within three days from the purchased ticket at brioni@brioni.hr. In the e- mail it is neccesary to leave: name, OIB and adress of the company and attach the invoice. The delivery is made by mail to the adress recived.
The bike can be taken on a trip if there is enough space in the luggage compartment of the bus, wich must be checked on departure. The fee for transporting bicycles is calculated according to valid price list Brioni Pula.
We offer you a cheaper trip for groups of 6 and more people. It is necessary to announce the group to us in order to provide you a better price and to reserve seats at the bus. Announcments are made by e - mail at brioni@brioni.hr.

Brioni buses run in regular traffic and are strictly tied to the official timetable. Therefore, unfortunately, the driver cannot wait for passangers that are late.

 

ONLINE TICKETS

 

There are many adavntages of online shooping, and we have outlined the following: 1. cheaper tickets - no station fee or seat reservation, 2. saving time and fuel, 3. it is possible to book a return ticket immediately by choosing a ticket with planned return, 4. there are no queues, 5. internet sales are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 6.it is safe because if you lose your ticket it stays in the sistem.
The owner of the card with which the ticket was purchased does not need to be the passanger. The passanger can also use someone else´s card to buy a ticket. When purchasing, in the "passanger data" it is neccesary to enter the name of the person who will be traveling.   
When buying a return ticket with a fixed return at the time of ticket purchase, you immediately book the date and time of your return trip for FREE, both in the departure and return directions. In the case of a return ticket with an open return, the date and time are booked for FREE afterward.

The most common problem with correct on line payment in Croatia is correct 3D verification. Especially with users who normally pay with cards, but in foreign web shops, it often happens that they do not know which information they need to enter. Additional payment autentification has been needed in Cratia for payments via Mastercard, VISA and Mastercard. Some older isuued cards will be soon in 3D secure system. To proceed with online payment , we kindly as users to contact their bank (card provider) by calling the help desk or if a form for entering a 3D secure password appears, yu can find out by clicking on "?" in the 3D intreface. DURING THE JOURNEY

 

Prema općim uvjetima za prijevoz poduzeća Brioni putnik je u mogućnosti ponijeti besplatno sa sobom u autobus ručnu prtljagu. U pravilu je riječ o manjim stvarima o kojima putnik sam treba voditi računa. Na prijevoz se također može ponijeti i putnička prtljaga i to do dva komada putničke prtljage, uvjetovano i više ukoliko ima mjesta u autobusu i ne dolazi do opterećenja autobusa. Prijevoz putničke prtljage naplaćuje se prema važećem cjeniku poduzeća Brioni a za iste vozač je dužan isporučiti prtljažnicu kao dokaz o plaćanju.
Da, putnik je obvezan čuvati kartu tijekom cijelog putovanja, te je pokazati na zahtjev ovlaštene osobe Briona.
Putnikova zadaća je čuvati putnu kartu kupljenu na fizičkim prodajnim mjestima prijevoznika Brioni, u protivnom, ukoliko dođe do gubitka karte treba kupiti novu kartu. Karte kupljene na web stranici se uvijek mogu iznova isprintati ukoliko se izgube.
Prijevoznik Brioni osigurava prijevoz a putnici su dužni imati voznu kartu. Ukoliko osoblje Briona zateče putnika bez važeće vozne karte naplatit će mu kaznu u iznosu od 100 Kuna i punu cijenu vozne karte za relaciju na kojoj putuje.

 

TICKETS, CHANGE AND MONEY RETURN

 

Karte kupljene na www.brioni.hr potrebno je isprintati i dati vozaču pri ulasku u autobus.
Putnik koji je odustao od putovanja ima pravo prema općim uvjetima prijevoznika Brioni vratiti putnu kartu 2 sata prije početka putovanja u unutarnjem linijskom prijevozu, odnosno 6 sati prije početka putovanja u međunarodnom linijskom prijevozu te najkasnije 48 sati prije početka putovanja u povremenom prijevozu. U tom slučaju Brioni će temeljem priložene putne karte izvršiti povrat novca uplaćenog za kartu, umanjen za 10% na ime manipulativnih troškova. Ako putnik ne postupi u skladu sa napisanim gubi pravo na povrat naknade za prijevoz u cijelosti.
Ukoliko putnik zatraži povrat naknade za prijevoz neiskorištenog dijela povratne vozne karte, do roka važenja povratne vozne karte, prijevoznik će putniku vratiti razliku novčanog iznosa koji odgovara cijeni povratne vozne karte umanjene za punu cijenu vozne karte u jednom smjeru bez komercijalnih povlastica i 10% manipulativnih troškova.
Prijevoznik Brioni je osigurao svojim putnicima brojne popuste prema kategoriji kojoj pripadaju u komercijalnim povlasticama. Najpovoljnija opcija je kupovina karte online na www.brioni.hr jer ne plaćate kolodvorsku naknadu i rezervaciju sjedala.

DURING THE JOURNEY

 

1. HOW MANY LUGGAGE CAN I CARRY WITH ME ON A JOURNEY?

According to general conditions for the transport the company Brioni Pula the passanger is able to take his hand lugagge to the bus. These are minor things that traveler should take care of himself. Passanger lugagge can also be carried for transport, up to two pieces of passanger lugagge, provided more if there is space in the bus and there is no load on the bus. The transport of passanger lugagge is charged according the official price list of the company Brioni, and the bus driver is obliged to dliver a lugagge bill for the same as proof of payment.   

2. DO I NEED TO KEEP THE TICKET DURING THE WHOLE TRIP?

Yes, the passenger is obliged to keep the bus ticket during the trip, and to show it on request of any authorized personal of Brioni Pula.   

3. WHAT IF I LOSE MY BUS TICKET?

The passanger´s task is to keep the ticket purchased at the Brioni Pula points of sale. If the ticket is lost, a new ticket must be purchased. Ticket purchased on line can always be reprinted if lost.   

4. WHAT IF I  GET  FOUND ON BUS WITHOUT A VALID BUS TICKET?

The Brioni Pula company provides transportation and passangers are required to have a valid bus ticket. If the staff of Brioni Pula finds a passanger without a valid ticket, they will charge the passanger a fine in the amount of 100 Kn and the full price of the ticket for the route on wich he is traveling. 

 

 

TICKETS, CHANGE AND MONEY RETURN

 

1. DO I NEED TO PRINT THE TICKET PURCHASED ON WWW.BRIONI.HR? 

 Tickets purchased on www.brioni.hr you do not need to print. Just show our driver your ticket on cell phone so he can scan the QR code. 

2. CAN I GET A REFUND  IF I CANCEL THE TRAVEL?

According the general conditions of Brioni, a passanger who has give up the trip has the right to return the ticket 2 hours before the start of the journey in domestic regular transport, 6 hours before the start of a travel in international regular transport and no later than 48 hours before the start of a travel in occasional transport. In that case Brioni will, based on the attached travel ticket, refound the money paid for the ticket, reduced by 10% in the name of manipulative costs. If the passanger does not act in accordance with what is written, he loses the right to a refound  of the transport fee in full. 

 

3DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO A REFOUND OF THE UNUSED RETURN TICKET?

If a passanger requests a refound of the fee of an unused return ticket, untill the validity of the return ticket, Brioni Pula will refound the differnce of the amount corresponding to the return ticket price reduced by the full price of an one way ticket without commercial benefits and handling fee.
